Jim Eskridge Testimonial

Jim started training with Fitness Together Spokane in September 2008. His goals were to lose weight, feel better, and possibly get back into shape like he was in college. Then tragedy struck and Jim was in a near fatal motorcycle accident leaving Jim bed-ridden for nearly three months with a broken back. This did not deter Jim from making an effort to reach his goals. So, as soon as the Doctor released him for activity he was back training with us. Having less back pain became a new goal. It was a slow start and there was many times Jim felt giving up. But with determination, dedication and a lot of hard work Jim was able to lose 30 pounds and take four inches off his waist and hips. He also increased his max bench press by 30 pounds and increased his flexibility. But most importantly Jim feels like he has his life back.
